Advice
Our advice services are primarily targeted at the domestic sector focusing on energy efficiency and fuel poverty reduction, with a specialism in fuel debt reduction. Delivery of these services is through a variety of media including telephone help lines, community outreach events, advice surgeries and seminars. Our community outreach events are conducted in partnership with the Energy Saving Trust and include the provision of free low cost energy saving measures such as light bulbs and power down plugs.

Carbon Foot Printing
Our Carbon footing printing services will provide your organisation with an independent and thorough assessment of your current greenhouse gas emissions. This service can also be used to demonstrate the carbon savings of a particular innovation or project, or modeling what could happen if a new technology is introduced into your organisation. We will always strive to communicate results in a way that can be easily understood by the public at large or your specific customers.
Energy Auditing
We offer a range of energy audits covering all types of buildings and organisations, from individual households to larger developments, businesses of all sizes, schools, other public buildings and more complex organisations. Our audits are tailored to your needs be it a general energy audit with recommendations for improvements or one of the following specific assessments for regulatory compliance
- SAP - energy modelling of domestic buildings including building control compliance
- Passive House Planning - advanced energy modelling for and design for ultra low carbon homes
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) - (both domestic and commercial)

Renewables Feasibility Studies
Our renewable feasibility assessments ensure you are installing the most appropriate technology for your needs. Our service also provides guidance on correct sizing of the technology, where and how to install it, potential pay back times and carbon/energy savings. We can also provide you with a complete cost benefit analysis for different suppliers and advise you on grants and financing options for installation.

Project Management
We offer a “cradle to grave” project management service that goes from technology and materials specification at the early stages (including drawings, SAP calculations and Building Regulations compliance) to the actual supervision of technology installation, subcontracting, on site managing, and quality control. We have project-managed for local authorities, commercial and community organisations and private households.

We provide tailor made training sessions and workshops on number of specialist areas relating to energy efficiency, carbon mitigation and fuel poverty reduction.
